Delivery Policy

New Zealand orders* - NZ$6.90. Rural Delivery is $9.90. Free New Zealand Delivery for orders over $50.

Australia orders -Delivery AU$19.90. Tullen can only fulfil orders between AU$20 and AU$150. Expected delivery time to Australia is between 4-15 days and are delivered via Australia Post. Sometimes delays can occur. No PO Boxes. 

USA Orders - Suspended due to US Tariff uncertainty. 

Canada Orders - CAD$40 Deliveries are resumed. (1 Feb 26). Please expect significant delays due to an International Backlog - Orders between $20 and $120. 

UK Orders - Suspended. 

International Orders

We're unable to ship internationally to other countries at this stage.

We deliver nationwide to street addresses. Courier delivery is offered nationwide. Orders received before midday week days New Zealand standard time will be processed same day with a delivery time of 2-3 working days from receiving your order. Orders placed in the weekends will be processed Monday. 

Please note the above times are a guide only. 

Sometimes delays do occur with the post and customs which are outside of our control.  If your items don't arrive for a few days following the above estimated delivery times then please don't worry, they're very likely to still be on their way.  Please contact us if you don't receive your items one week after the delivery time guides above.
